Slow Internet Speed Arris S34>Google Wi-Fi Pro 6e (1.1G service yeilds 650M)

1.1Gb Plan

Recently upgraded from Netgear CM1100 and Google Nest Wi-Fi [original version] : was getting 925/35 at the router.

Had technician out w/ previous gear and he said that's the best I could get w/ that equipment. but he was pulling >2G down using his unthrottled equipment.

Fast forward a year to a new Arris S34 and Google Wi-Fi Pro 6e now only yeilds 650/44.

Have tried all the reboot/restart/reset options.  Have read reprovisioning modems can help?

Ideas/support plz.  This can't be the best this gear can do...?

I appreciated your time, and glad we were able to troubleshoot further and find the Google speed testing was off when comparing directly to the equipment. We're available 7 days a week for employee support between 6am - 1am ET, here over Xfinity Forums as well as Reddit if you use that platform. Have a great rest of your day.
