Slow Internet Speed

On speedtest, my download speed has dropped dramatically.  I called back in January and tech support was able to fix it, but now I can't get by the AI and modem restart.  human Help Please!

Thanks for making us aware your download speed has dropped after completing a speed test, @user_0497cf. I would be more than happy to help resolve this problem you're experiencing. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the modem? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
