Slow upload speeds

About 2 months ago I updated my modem to take advantage of xfinity's new upload speed I had an issue with it wasn't provisioning the new speed plan I chatted with a rep who took care of the issue on the back end but today I noticed my network was running kind of slow and I'm getting about 1900 Mbps and 40 Mbps.

What speed are you subscribed to, and what is the model number of your modem or gateway? Do you meet all the requirements in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/upload-speeds/677b01a7121aae71d76926bf?commentId=677b05b23423b47b4071a8d0&replyId=677bd66e7699a97c89069e62 to get the faster upload speeds of Next Gen/Enhanced Speed service?

Hi there Bmp740! As someone who's constantly uploading files online, I know the reliability of your upload speed can be just as important as your download speed, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns in our community 👍

Is the device you tested your connections from connected to the modem hard-wired or wirelessly? If this wasn't the case the first time, please try running a speed test from a hardwired device directly at https://speedtest.xfinity.com/. That will give you the most accurate readings and we'll be able to better evaluate any areas of concern from there.
