Some specific devices can't connect to wifi

My Nintendo Switch, Amazon smart plug, and Kindle frequently fail to connect to Wi-Fi intermittently, although they used to work fine. I suspect it might be due to the frequency band, but I’m already using WPA2 and split band doesn't work. The inability to connect these devices is ruining my experience.

Now I tried to restart the XB3 gateway to restore it to factory settings, but after a few hours the problem reappeared. This time my iPhone and computer also often cannot find the wifi. I tried restarting, changing the name and password, split band through the xfinity app and 10.0.0.1, but the changes did not reflect on the wifi connection, I believe there is a big problem
