speed dropecd to a fraction of what im paying for!!!

Hi @nospeedatall, and thanks for reaching out to us on our Community Forum! It's great to hear you have gigabit service, but unfortunate to hear your download speeds are low! That's not the experience we want you to have with your gigabit plan! 

Let's see what we can do to help. Some quick questions; when do you notice lower download speeds? You can check status of your internet using our App and Xfinity Assistant.

Does this happen all the time or when you are trying to stream or play video games? Are you mostly using WiFi or are you using an ethernet cable directly to your modem?
