speed support

we receive 1/10 th of our speed how does one get this fixed other than calling in to get [Edited: "Language"]. here is a break down of their breakdown. currently we are  between 87 and 92 we should get close to1000 and it would take days to just start flight sim. its ridiculous to be treated this way. Here is a few months of data somebody probably does not know the difference between MBs and Mbs worth of data.

@user_281b0b Thanks for adding a post to the community, and adding the details from your connection. Does the same thing happen when directly connected to the modem with an ethernet cable?

And my mistake i guess i should say bandwidth?  I hope you can elevate it to whomever to figure out why it is so limited. I miss flight Sim.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

WOW that was quick. Thankyou. Don't know if it was you, but It is back up to 750+  and i can fly my sim once again. Did notice the report has it labeled as wireless. Don't know why, It has been that way since i started using them. Will send the direct message with the info you requested.

Noticed they finally took off the normal login on the router a few months back. It had a few reserved ip addresses. And occasionally i would alter the address pool down to around half when Playing with some routers, firewalls, honeypots, Edge switches and other network toys to play with. Not sure if if i had set it back before they did the lockout. I don't believe that stuff would cause it. 

Anyway next time i will use the Comcast/Xfinity test results, Trouble seems to happen occasionally for short periods and i assume those are normal net issues the world has. I will have the primary user, get me permission for internet Management thanks again.
