I recently upgraded to the 500 Mbps service. Bought a cable modem (Netgear CM1200) and router capable of handling higher speeds than that. When plugged directly into the cable modem, I can never get higher speeds than ~380 Mbps. I should be at least close to 500. I can't get any service through the xfinity app which asks the most stupid questions. Would like to get this figured out.

Hi there, @user_sco130! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Sorry to hear you're having speed trouble. When you say you're plugged directly into the cable modem and getting 380 mbps, this is bypassing your router, correct?
