Splitting wifi bands

Every time I log into my app and hit the split bands button it always is unchecked when I reopen the app. I need to split the bands.

This is the most nerve racking experience with not being able talk to a human. Your auto answering machine are of no help to solving my problem. My 2.4G devices keep dropping out because you flip your signal. I need help.

@user_clfhq1 I’m sorry to hear you're having an issue with reaching someone over the phone. Our team is here to help address your connection concerns. 

When did this start? Is this a new issue that started recent?

Have you performed any troubleshooting steps such as checking all the cables to ensure they're finger tight and secure?

Resetting your modem, router, extenders, amplifiers etc.
