SSH
I am unable to SSH to my church's server (also an xfinity) account. I have been using this connection for the past 10 years without issue.
I also cannot see the Nextcloud page running on my Linux server at the church, and thus I cannot complete backups.
I can connect SSH to computers NOT on the xfinity system, and see pages on those machines.
This is not helpful, and talking with the miserable customer support was time I will never get back.

@user_vgabnx I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your connection. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps such as resetting your Gateways, routers and connection devices?

Follow-up...
Xfinity is worthless. No one contacted me, and having a business account made no difference.
Almost impossible to speak to someone who can be fully understood on the phone.
The technicians are generally quite good, but the customer service has hit bottom and continues to ask for a shovel.
