Storm ready says needs attention
Just setup my storm ready. It shows strong signal and 100% battery backup. In the app it says needs attention. I’ve rest my gateway and the storm ready several times. It still says needs attention in the app. I need help.

I set mine up on 9/15 and have the same issue.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the storm ready and the error in the Xfinity app. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. I have experienced the same thing with Storm ready as well. It did resolve itself after 2/3 days. Are you still seeing this error in the app?
