Storm Ready WiFi not removing from app

How can I get ahold of Tier 3 national escalated tech support???   I’ve been having issues removing the storm ready WiFi from my app since I swapped out my gateway and it won’t come off… I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps, chatted with tech support and received calls from tech support and they want me to go to the store and swap out the storm ready and I KNOW that won’t fix the issue…. So per this article this is the department that can help with the issue, how do I get a hold of them???
