Normally if there is a power outage or other interruption on your service, you don’t have to worry about reconnecting your devices as they will stay seamlessly online, automatically switching from broadband to cellular (4G LTE) connectivity.

I am having this exact issue. Current network outage, xfinity app says “storm ready wifi is keeping you online” but none of my devices can connect to the internet

I am having the same issue. Power is out and Xfinity app says my storm ready wifi is on with strong signal, but none of my devices can connect to it. I've completed all of the troubleshooting steps with no luck. Very frustrating.
