SurfBoard S34 Low Upload and Download Speeds

I upgraded to the 2000Mbps Xfinity plan. I recently installed a XFINITY RECOMMENDED SurfBoard S34. Telephone support resent a signal to the S34 and verified it was online. However, being "online" and having top performance are 2 different things. Technicians are scheduled six days from today. I have a solid Windows 11 system with ALL ETHERNET CAT6 Cables. The router supports 2.5Gbps speeds. I am only getting 900Mbps download speeds and 40-70Mbps upload speeds. 

Can you see anything out of the ordinary from the information from the SurfBoard S34? Does anything indicate a provisioning issue? A line issue?

I know you mentioned ethernet cord, is the device connected directly to the modem or to a separate router? The signals you are sharing seem fairly good, and within the necessary range.

As @XfinityAdrienne stated, the status values are OK but the error log entries are ugly !! There may be a line / signal impairment somewhere.

Also. Are there any upstream OFDMA channels being shown ?

There are no OFDMA channels shown in the list of Downstream/Upstream channels. Is this a provisioning issue?

Good news / Bad news

I am using an ASUS RT-AX86U router with all CAT6 ethernet connections.

Good news: When running CAT6 directly from the SurfBoard C34 directly to the Windows 11 PC, I get 2100Mbps download. This indicates a bottleneck in the ASUS RT-AX86U router (so, not an Xfinity issue).

Bad news:  When running CAT6 directly from the SurfBoard C34 directly to the Windows 11 PC, I only get 60-70Mbps upload speeds (so this does not rule out Xfinity problems for the upload speed). 

Any thoughts?

Channel 193 is a downstream OFDM channel. I'm talking about an upstream OFDMA channel. Without one, you won't be able to get the Next Gen upload speeds.

Okay, we're getting closer to identifying the relatively slow upload speeds. What can be done to notify the Xfinity provisioning office that this S34 cable modem needs an "upstream OFDMA channel"?
