T3/T4 timeouts every 15 minutes

Ever since I set up my xfinity modem and mesh wifi system at my new house my internet constantly drops for 1 min every 15-20 mins. The logs show that these are all t3 and t4 timeouts. The tech who came to my house said the signal strength looked good, and I've tried multiple coax cables to see if that's the issue but nothing has helped. I'm using an Arris SB6183 and the TP-Link Deco X20 mesh wifi system. Including example log errors below.

@user_9b3ea6, we understand the importance of a strong internet connection. As a consumer who relies on a constant home connection almost around the clock, I know how impactful connection drops can be. Are you able to confirm if there are any splitters connected to your coax cable?

OK. What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.
