Terrible internet all of a sudden

Hello,

 I need help with internet that has been lagging terribly recently. Streaming services are grainy and unclear and phone cannot use wifi for internet.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message
