TERRIBLE SERVICE
why does my internet randomly shut off as if its been unplugged at line 11 pm....and why is my ping to my server up 40 right now [Edited: all caps] and my upload speed down to 2-4 mpbs when i pay for gig internet?
itd be lovely if your xfinity assistant can connect a real human to the chat too [Edited: all caps]

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_69yicp! Our team can certainly assist with troubleshooting this issue! Are all devices losing connection at 11 PM or are specific devices losing connection? Are you noticing these speeds on a wireless connection or a hardwired connection using an ethernet cable?
