this is how bad Xfinity support is

been long time Comcast customer of 3 decades ...after months of not having telephone/voice service working, and wasting hours of my life on phone or chats with tech support, I finally just cancelled the voice as it was hopeless for anyone at Xfinity  to follow through and actually fix it ...no promised return calls, empty promises and xfinit run around as everyone mentions....I can see why Xfinity online ratings are so bad...it was frustrating especially for the cost. . they will do anything not to talk to you, but put bots and AI hacks. worst customer experience considering I cancelled service simply because they didn't care to actually  fix months long failure..... their monopoly is over with satellite and need to be less greedy and care more fire customers. the only thing they want to talk to you about is signing you up for cell service.      going with Starlink , you should too.
