this site could be risky

There is one site I can't get to on any device. The website is [Edited: website]. It was fine up until a week or so ago. Now I get error message - "This Site Could be Risky". What is going on? Do I need a technician to come out? I have one scheduled for tomorrow. It worked when customer service rebooted my modem but it stopped a couple hours later. Help!

user_6pdctd, Hi there! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out. I can understand the concern with that error and wanting to know what's going on. I am so sorry to learn about this experience with that error and wondering if we need to send a technician out since the modem rebooted. I am happy to hear that one was already scheduled. You've knocked on the right door. We are a team of specialists who work over social media as experts in resolving issues such as this. We can help. Can you tell us how the appointment went and if you are still getting that error message currently?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I canceled the tech call. I didn't think it was modem related after finding your support group. Are you thinking it is the modem? I can take it in an exchange it if that is the actually problem. I am still having the same problem and it is only with the one website, ptwmo.org. If I reload the page several times, it pops in for only a moment. Please advise.

user_6pdctd, Hmm. To be sure, I would have to run a health diagnostic check to confirm if the modem is indeed the issue. If you were to run an internet health test via the Xfinity app, what results does it pull for you? This is a great tool to check on if there is an issue with the equipment.
