Throttling Network
I’d like to get clarification on our internet speeds. It’s showing 40mbps and when I first got it the technician showed me (in-person) it was 1400mbps up speed and 300+ down. If I’m being throttled I’d like to get it lifted. I’ve never been late on payments. Thanks. Edited: I’m paying for 1.2GB and I work from home if this helps.
