timeout when connected to work VPN and in a Teams meeting

When I'm connected to my work VPN and join a Teams meeting, I get periodic disruptions where I can not see or hear anyone in the meeting, but they can still see and hear me. I'm also running a continuous ping to Google and I see timeouts appear when this happens. Then everything returns after about 20 seconds.

@user_7cz9va As someone that works from home, I definitely understand how important it is to have my internet services working correctly at all times. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you have when connected to your VPN.

Are you only having issues with your connection when connected to your VPN? Have you tried any troubleshooting?
