Try, try, try, try again, then try again, diy

I live in Jax, FL. I have slow internet. I call and get the automated "DO IT YOURSELF" restart modem check wait ten minutes, call us back over and over and over and over and over and over and over. 

This is an endless loop of misdirection, telling the customer to DIY. There is no customer service. There is no agent to talk to. 

My internet slows down at night every night. There is no solution, there is no help, there are DIY instructions and it never solves the issue, never reports the issue. it's a scam.
