Trying to activate XFI Pod through the xifinity app but it wont work
Just got a new xfi pod and im trying to connect it through the app but its always hitting me with the prompt "Lets Try That Again". Ive restarted my modem, ive uninstalled the Xfinity App, ive asked the xfinity assistant. Ive even made sure the pod isnt directly connected to the modem and that it isnt in bridge mode, im not sure what to do now

Hi @panduhh, I am a fan of the username you selected! Thank you for taking the time to create an official post on our Xfinity community forum support page. I wonder if your modem is having any issues communicating with our system. Have you attempted to reactivate your modem within the Xfinity app? If you have the new Xfinity app update you should see this option listed in the same section that you were using to activate the Wi-Fi extender.
