Trying to connect new modem and it won't connect

White light is blinking and it won't connect - please advise.

Is this a new move in or a new service installation ?

We are upgrading our modem to the new Gateway. Not new service, just new modem. Old modem connects and works with no issues. New modem gets stuck on white blinking light and never connects. We have tried multiple times.

Have you tried activating it though the app?  Alternatively, you can call 1-855-652-3446.  You will need to be near the gateway as they are going to ask you for some of the information printed on the label on the bottom of the device.  The login credentials are also printed on the label; you have to use that password initially.  Once activated,. give the new gateway the same network name and login credentials as the old one.  That way you will not have to manually add all your devices to a 'new' network.
