user_q53krf Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We are sorry to hear that you're having issues with your internet. Have you noticed whether the signal is more stable when using a wired connection if you generally use a wireless one?
I have the same issue and have Eero extenders (3) and it seems buffering is constant. I've done all of the usual rebooting of modem, extenders, unplugging, replugging, moving router, wired and wireless, moving euros, and absolutely nothing fixes the issue. I never had this issue with Astound/Wavebrand and we're supposedly with the fastest internet from Xfinity.
Hello Jenoack, thank you for your post. Is your modem in bridge mode? Sometimes, with 3rd party extenders, a few extra steps are needed.
