Ubiquiti UCI pegged at 940 Mbps Down when paying for Gigabit 2x

Currently experiencing our Ubiquiti UCI pegging around 940 Mbps down after several restarts and attempts at different times of the day. We're currently paying for the Gigabit 2x and want to ensure speeds delivered to the modem are as expected. I know that the device is supported for Next Gen Speed Tier per the documentation listed here - Full List of Supported Devices.

Below (excuse the formatting nightmare) is the last speed test run against the cable modem from the Comcast.

Running it directly from the Modem to the ISP, but it seems to be resolved now. I didn't update or replace anything, but the modem had an update that I had not applied and worked after that.

Is there a router in the mix here ? If hardwired, are you using at least a Cat6 or greater cable ? Does your NIC's Ethernet port support 2 gig or greater ?

The topology would be from ISP -> modem -> gateway. It wouldn't have been a component in this issue. Cat6 was used, yeah.

The modem does have multi-gig NIC, yep. It ended up being a software update to the modem I didn't realize was there.
