Unable to activate advanced admin tool access on my Xfi Gateway
I used to be able to go to 10.0.0.1 to administer my Xfi gateway, but now it tells me to use the app. I installed the app, and can seemingly authenticate, but I want to get into the admin tools. However, when I follow directions here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/admin-tool-access
I am unable to 'View WiFi equipment' as instructed. The option is not available.
What needs to be done to allow admin access?
This is frustrating.

@user_f5bca3 since you've already approved Admin Access in the Xfinity app we'll want to try connecting a device directly to the modem with an Ethernet cable. So we can sign into the Admin Portal. Then, we can disable Bridge Mode. Not only will this allow you to test your speed directly to the modem, but you will need to be connected with an Ethernet cable to disable Bridge Mode. Lastly, this will allow your wireless settings to display.
