Unable to activate Peacock Premium

I received an email telling me I qualify for a Premium Peacock subscription.  I do not have the selection box to activate it and when I follow the instructions I get directly to activation and it tells me my account is not eligible for the offer.

I got limited Peacock acccess when I added a Flex streaming box and that still works in its limited capacity.

Must I delete my current Peacock account somehow (I haven't looked for instructions for that yet).
