Unable to connect to wifi...but WiFi booming?!
I went out of town and noticed my Ring cameras were not working. I came home, and none of my devices were connected. My wifi doesn't show up in connections at all. I did everything possible, and still nothing.

Hi there, @user_lon18! Welcome home! We will get your WiFi booming once again and apologize that is giving you trouble! Is your modem showing online in the Xfinity app? Is the light on the modem solid white, flashing, or another color?
