Unable to connect with letsencrypt.org

I am attempting to ping letsenctrypt.org and getting icmp_seq timeouts.  When just switching to my verizon hotspot, no issues.  Is this domain being blocked on my network?

Still having this issue today, here is what I see when I ping letsencrypt.org.  Again no issues when using another internet provider (Verizon).

I just submitted a report at spa.xfinity.com using the form there.  This is not a browser issue, it is an issue with dns replies, I can reach out to DNS servers but the replies are being blocked.
