Unable to delete and recreate port fowards

The XFi app just says "We're having some trouble. Please try again." The app shows the port is open but nmap scan says the ports are closed and my services are unavailable.

How can I delete and recreate my port fowards?

I have restarted my gateway and devices multiple times as well.

user_3t1l3v Thank you so much for your post for help with deleting your port forwarding rules. This would also be in the same section in your Xfinity app. Sign in to the app with your Xfinity ID and password Select the WiFi tab 
Select View WiFi equipment 
Select Advanced settings 
Select Port forwarding 
Select Edit next to the port forward you want to remove 
Select Delete this Port Forward at the bottom of the screen
