Unable to place modem in bridge mode to use own router/access points - need local technical support contact
Create a ticket a week ago for our first call, which doesn't exist and turned out to be a lie.
Sent us to the "Advanced Team" after 1 hour of diagnosing during call #2, which was the exact same team, requiring us verify and listen to the same "Diagnosing" dog and pony show for another hour.
Again, we cannot access via the Web even with Admin tool access enabled via the App. In the past I've been able to do it via 10.0.0.1 or by calling getting a hold of state-side technical support. The offshore teams can never do it and jerk you around for an hour then bounce you back to the same team. I work in IT, networking specifically. I do not need more articles or offshore circus acts.
The support system and escalation has been a complete failure/embarrassment so far. Please connect with me someone that can help.

It appears they have an XER10 modem which I'm now seeing has a ton of issues/complaints with regards to configuring Bridge Mode. How can I get this resolved? Does customer have to downgrade modem or is there a way to place this modem in bridge mode?
