Unable to port forward
I am trying to port forward two ports, 25566 and 25565. I have set them up in the app but when I go to test the ports, they are not open. How can I resolve this? I followed all of the steps in the xfinity guide in the support section. This is a major deal breaker if I can not get this to work as this is just part of what I need to set up.

Hello and welcome to Comcast @user_65ez7b. I am sorry to hear that you are not able to set up port forwarding. You are in the right place an I am happy to assist you today. Now how are you setting up the port forwarding? Are you using the Xfinity App or are you going through the admin site at 10.0.0.1?
