Unable to speak to a human about slow internet speeds
I am paying for very fast internet speed but it's so slow I am unable to use a video / audio system similar to zoom that I need for work. Runing the speed test it shows I am getting about 1/4 of what was advertised, at best. And xfinity "speed test" is much more optimistic than independent speed tests, which shows the speed is even slower. Also the service is intermittent. Secondly I need to find out if I have or can get both the 5 mhz and 2.4 mhz signal for a wireless heat pump system that uses bluetooth. But Xfinity customer support doesn't allow me to speak to an actual person about either of these things. It keeps telling looping me back to me a virtual assistant and claiming the virtual assistant is telling me what a real person would tell me,

Not sure what to tell you about comcast support other than you may have some luck with getting a chat agent if you keep asking for one in the virtual assistant.
That being said, WiFi and Bluetooth are separate protocols. If your heat pump is in fact bluetooth only, it's not going to be able to connect to a 5.0 or 2.4 Ghz wireless network. It would need to connect to a bluetooth capable device.
