Unusable internet
For the past 2 weeks the internet was almost unusable. Frequent drops and during the weekday it is almost useless. I tried to reboot the modem several times and there is no improvement. There is no way to chat with support (anymore) or to call Support ( no number available ). I am thinking of switching to other Internet provider if things are not fixed.
