Upload speed on 1Gbps symmetric plan

Since getting my 1Gbps plan I have had issues with reduced upload speeds. During install this occurred and technician resolved it via communications to internal teams. After a power outage the upload speed issue comes back. Worked with support on chat and briefly had better upload but another reboot and the upload appears to be throttled again to ~150 Mbps, download is consistently at expected speeds, only upload appears to be an issue. Can someone check what DOCSIS config file / service flow is currently assigned to my XB10 modem on the CMTS and confirm it matches the 1Gbps symmetric tier on my account? This looks like a provisioning issue rather than a local device issue.

cosmicray0973. Hi there! Thank you for providing those details. Based on what you've described, I can certainly understand why you suspect this may be a provisioning issue, especially since the upload speeds temporarily improved after support intervention and you've seen similar behavior resolved previously. Unfortunately, we don't have visibility into the specific DOCSIS configuration files or service flows assigned to your modem through the CMTS. However, we'd be happy to take a closer look at the account provisioning, boot file assignment, and modem configuration to see if everything is properly aligned with your Gigabit x2/symmetrical speed tier. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.
