Upload speed, still drops randomly

I’ve had this issue for a month and a half, five new modem, one coax cable three no switches and seven text later. Everyone keeps saying it’s something different and no one will solve the issue. I’m beyond frustrated. I have another tech scheduled for later today if he does not fix the issue, I will be canceling, if you’re experiencing weird outages throughout the day like I amand tried everything in the admin center putting your somewhere different. Let me skip the steps and go ahead and cancel your service and get with AT&T.
