Upload

Is 25 Mbps the highest upload I can get? I've had the 1200DL and was able to get almost 40Mbps. Which is still low compared to ATT's 500Mbps up for less? Is there any way to make my upload faster? I really don't like AT&T, but my gaming has fallen off alot since ATT fiber came around. Is there any plans to upgrade the upload speeds anytime soon?

xile905 Thanks for reaching out! If you're in a Next Generation area where we have upgraded our internet service, you may be able to get our Enhanced Speeds with upload speeds up to 200 Mbps. Please send us a direct message, so we can check your location.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
