Valorant High spikes Ping

Hi does anyone know if it’s possible to request a re-route as my ping has been spiking from 29-200ms at a consistent rate and I was forced to submit a ticket on how bad it was and most of the riot employees told me to request for a re-route to my isp and see if it’s possible to get a static Ip address, I’m currently using my home modem it is not a rental I’ve tried flushing my ip and renewing it, restarting all settings, tried VPN and even full wipe my computer just to see if it may be a 3 third party app and nothing works it still keeps on jumping which is unplayable so if there’s any XFINITY employee that can help and let me experience low ping please.
