Vandago at Home not connecting

Roughly 3 weeks ago I noticed that I had been logout of Fandago at Home app on all my devices (Roku, Smart TVs , PC and my phone).Despite many different password changes I am still unable to log into my Fandago at Home account. This ivolves aything with Xfinity Internet account. I know that my Fandago account is working because I can access the account no my phone as long as I am not connected to the WIFI,  If I connected to Fandago and then connect to the WIFI I am immediately logout of Fanadago. I can also access Fanadago at Home using my work computer whre I can login into the account and review all relevaant information. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Hi there, @user_1e1sxc! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. This is the first time I have heard of an issue such as this. The first thing that comes to mind is parental controls. Do you use them for any type of site blocking? Information located here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/set-up-parental-controls-with-comcast-networking

No, not at all. Like I said in my post I can login to my  Fandago at Home  account (so I know the account is good  as long as I'm not connected to the WIFI.

@user_1e1sxc, what I'm referring to is the parental controls for XFINITY. That would be independent of the actual Fandango At Home account settings. The XFINITY settings would have to do with your home WiFi as a whole. Since you mentioned that you are OK to connect off-network, that is why it came to mind.

I don't have children so I've never set any type of parental controls unless xfinity has set something I don't know about. But again this only effects Fandango not any of my other apps like Netflix, HBO, Paramount, Amazon and so on.

We are not currently tracking any known issues with the Fandango or Fandango At Home app.  You mentioned that this works over the cellular network, but is there an alternate Wi-Fi network we can try as well?  Does this happen even when navigating to the normal fandango site?
