Virginia high ping but good good internet speed

I've been experiencing this for 9 days where my speed is what it's suppose to be a around 350 but my ping is around 60 even to servers close to me even 9 miles be 40 ping, the best part is when I play games like valorant my Virginia server ping is around 53 and the lowest ping server is in Georgia at 42 like it doesn't even make sense I've spent the past 9 days troubleshooting changing my dns and talking to the xfinity chat bot which just tell me to reboot the router (it didn't work) it also has high ping on my phone and home pc (I use ethernet) and my gaming consoles also have high ping. Please help resolve the issue

Hey there, u42, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your ping and connection issues. We would be happy to help with troubleshooting. Have you tried any other troubleshooting steps besides restarting your modem?

@XfinityJeniece​ Yes I have changed dns servers bought a new router/modem from netgear change my ip address I've netgear they said it might be a xfinity routing problem which makes sense cause some of my friends are experiencing it as well, and I've talk to your chat bot with no prevail.

Thank you for clarifying, @u42. Have you noticed extreme latency or high ping rate with any other servers besides the ones at Riot Games, or are they just the most noticeable one over these last nine days? If you run a traceroute to Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1), do you get similar results from your home network?

Yes I've had high ping in other servers like fortnite and minecraft before the past 9 days I used to get around 22 ping on these games now they're at like 47 and I get better ping on other servers like Georgia I have ran a traceroute with the same results with high ping.
