Voice call and desync issues

Hello all! Not sure where to start but for the last 6 month or so me and my family has dealt with constant issues with Xfinity home internet. My wife works from home with constant voice and video call issues. Also one member of the household streams on a gaming platform and has practically stopped due to Xfinity’s internet issues and “desync”. I’ve recently done a trial run with Starlink Internet and it runs better than my Xfinity hardwired internet which shouldn’t be the case.. We have had numerous techs out to ensure us the problem is fixed and it most certainly is not. Any help or anyone else deal with this issue..
