VPN issue

For the past month my VPN has been disconnecting and reconnecting about every 10 minutes. This only happens when I am connected to my home Xfinity WiFi.

user_qduogp, thank you for reaching out to us through Xfinity Forums. I am sorry to hear you're having trouble with your service while using a VPN. Is the VPN through your employer? Sometimes it is a matter of making a few minor changes to the VPN.

Have you tried disabling xFi Advanced Security inside your Xfinity App?

user_qduogp Thank you for letting me know. Are you only encountering the issue while connected to the VPN? 
Have you attempted to use the Xfinity Assistant troubleshooting options when you are having the issue to see if the diagnostic process is able to detect any issues?

Hello, yes I was on the phone with Xfinity and they said the modem looks fine. It continues to disconnect every 10 mins.
