We are experiencing internet drop off constantly

We have reset the system multiple times, two technicians were here today and they could not fix it. We cannot use the Xfinity assistant t setup an appointment because we keep losing the signal. We do not have a landline to call.

Get used to it. I've had the same problem for about 4 years. I brought it to their attention numerous times, only to be told the problem cannot be fixed because it can't be located. So, rather than receiving some form of apology, they raised my rate by 50%. I've been with Comcast for years. They are offering a great rate for new customers with a five year price guarantee. Meanwhile, my rate goes up. That's how they reward loyal customers. When companies become huge conglomerates, they forget the customers that got them there.
