What does this mean?

ive had the CM2000 for years and no problems. I’ve factory reset and get these same error messages on the modem event log but have no idea what it means. Tech support didn’t even wanna try. Do I have to buy a new modem? I thought I could upload photos. Guess not.

Are you actually experiencing any connectivity problems, or are you just focusing on the error log entries ?

user_f6knk6, hello there and thank you for reaching out. I understand your concerns and I would be too. Unfortunately, we would not be able to tell you what that means. When you speak of tech support, are you mentioning the manufacturer of your device? They should definately be a great help.
