When should I be getting 150mbps upload instead of 40mbps?

Hello,

I noticed that my contract shows that I should be getting upload speeds of 150mbps but I am still seeing 40mbps speed.

I checked that I have the right modem for this, I have the CGM4981COM, I rebooted it and tested by directly connecting to the 2.5Gb port and I am still getting just 40mbps.

Here's what my upstream connection looks like:

Note that I have excellent download speeds, so it's really just an upload issue.

Thanks for the help!

You can also send us a direct message and we can confirm that the location and plan are updated to receive these speeds.

@XfinityEva thanks for you reply!

I have the XB8 modem which should be eligible.

For my plan, I have the Gigabit plan, which shows as up to 150mbps upload on my Xfinity account.

Finally for the location, I guess that's the one I am not sure about. I'll do the direct message to support to check. Thanks!
