Why do I receive packet loss(Apex Legends Ranked mode only)

When I play Apex Legends Ranked (only Ranked), I receive packet loss every few games or every game. I don't know what to do anymore. I have tried Ethernet and switching servers. It seems to only be a problem with Xfinity connecting to the Apex servers. It is not the first time I have had this issue. I had it 5 years ago; some repairmen came because the wires were bad and replaced them, and now the issue has come back. But now it is not the wire; it is Xfinity itself. If I could change internet providers, I would, but I can't because Xfinity is the only internet provider in my area. I am very unsatisfied with the quality of the internet connection. Are there any solutions or anything that can help?

Howdy APowe25 👋 I'm always gaming online myself, so I know exactly how frustrating it is to deal with packet loss in the middle of something I'm trying to play, much less how impactful it can actually be in-game. Given how long you say this has been going on, I want to dig into further right away. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
