why my phone won't connect to xfinity inetrnet with the correct password

why my phone won't connect to xfinity internet with the correct password: I've restarted the router; turned WIFI on/off the phone; restarted the phone; password is correct on phone and TV is connected to internet with same password.

I am sorry to hear that the phone is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, as someone that uses their phone a lot at home I can understand the importance of having a Wi-Fi connection available. You have reached the right team that can take a look at this for you. When you try to connect the phone to the Wi-Fi, are you getting an error that specifically says incorrect password?

Yes I am receiving error that specifically states unable to connect because of incorrect password. The phone reports that the password is correct. One tv reports the same password and as of last week, the second tv was kicked off the internet and it is unable to connect with the same error message. It isn't the phone as if I got outside I can connect with the internet.

Does your password automatically fill in or populate on your device? Have you changed the password at all recently, by any chance? I know with my phone it automatically fills in passwords for so many apps, and websites sometimes it fills in an old one, and then gives me an incorrect password message.
