Hi there, @user_ewf1j2! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Sounds like there may be some signal or line issues going on. What we would recommend is making sure that the coaxial cable to the modem, cable box if you have one, and any splitters is connected tightly and there are no breaks or bends in the cable. Then reset the power for the devices to see if there is any improvement. If not, we would like to take a closer look, so let us know the results!
