WiFi calls and texts

Multiple issues with calls dropped, no ring, receiving texts days later, SOS . Everything is intermittent.  I tried all the basic fixes and can’t work remotely with this happening!  This looks like a nationwide problem regardless of phone carrier.  Would a business account be more reliable?
