Wifi Connection Issues
Got the Xfinity Wifi connection last month, and since installation we have faced constant internet issues almost everyday . The modem has white stable light but the internet gets disconnected. This happens at least 3-4 times a day, and then we always have to remove and plug in the cable back to get wifi

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
